Journey planning is now available through chat
The dedicated Plans workspace is still pending, but Journey Builder planning is now supported through the real backend chat flow. Use chat to create a persistent JourneyDraft, modify steps, preview the structure, and explicitly confirm before anything is saved or published in SFMC.
This page will become the dedicated planning UI later. For now, use Real Backend Chat for end-to-end Journey Builder work.
